RECRUITMENT : HR CLERKS X2

1. China State Engineering Corp.SA (PTY)LTD 2 x Human Resources Clerks.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
I.Responsible for proficiently applying the Labour Laws and Regulations of South East African countries, and formulating Human Resource Plans and Policies in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and avoid employment risks.
II.Responsible for the Human Resource management of local employees, and create a harmonious employee relationship and a team atmosphere of pragmatic co-operation.
III.Responsible for the recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance appraisal management of local employees.
IV.Responsible for the management of personnel files and labour contracts of local employees.
V.Responsible for employee relationship management and coordination.
VI.Any other tasks as assigned by the senior management.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
I.Potential candidates must display professional behaviour, professional ethics, outstanding performance, excellent emotional intelligence, pragmatic, responsible and conscientious.
II.Possess teamwork spirit, have good communication and co-ordination skills, certain language arts, and experience in dealing with people.
III.Have a Bachelor's Degree or higher, more than 3 years experience in Human Resources Management in the construction industry, and have good performance in annual assessments.
IV.Be familiar with various sections of local Human Resources Management and local Labour Laws and Regulations in South Africa.
V.Be physically fit and capable to perform their duties.
VI.No criminal record.
VII.Have a valid driving license.

Sandton, Johannesburg

5. SALARY AND WELFARE
R10,000-R20,000 per month after deductions. (kindly refer to the relevant management measures of China State Construction Engineering Corp.SA(PTY)LTD).
