Training Officer (CA)
Key Responsibilities:
•SAICA Compliance: Oversee the entire SAICA training program, ensuring adherence to regulations, registration, and reporting.
•Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps via assessments, surveys, and liaising with managers.
•Program Development: Create tailored training plans, instructional content, guides, and resources (e-learning, workshops).
•Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging sessions, onboard new hires, and manage external training programs.
•Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness, track learner progress, and report on KPIs.
•LMS & Administration: Manage learning platforms, schedule training, and maintain records.
•Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR, and management.
•Culture Building: Promote continuous learning and a positive training environment.
Core Skills Needed:
•Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency with design/e-learning software.
•Understanding of adult learning principles.
•Analytical skills for needs assessment and evaluation.
Qualification
•Must be a qualified CA(SA) in good standing.
•Must hold a SAICA-recognised Assessor certificate.
•Must be a registered IRBA auditor
•Must have Audit and Assurance experience and technical knowledge.
